One week into August, been good. Met up with alot of people, had a mini drinking session with Bean, 跟好朋友做了一件好朋友都会做的事 with YZ, had lots of Tutti Frutti the past week because of my cravings (and its my new comfort food!!!), did hell lots of online shopping, rewatching 不良笑花 and caught Total Recall w RJ. So far, so good. Then again, its just a week into August, there's still 3 more weeks to go. I wonder how it'll be like.

For you, RJ. :) 

I ran to you because I was having the worst day.
If I ran to someone else, they’d probably tell me to chill and take my side on things and just move on to another topic.
But no, I ran to you. 

You listened as I cried, cried how awful people are, how I can’t deal with them anymore. You didn’t calm me down so easily, but you told me what I needed to hear. You gave me real advice, told me to be the bigger person. I wasn’t keen on the idea but you know, somehow I know you were right. You were my dose of reality, and instead of just calming me down, you told me what the better thing to do was. 

Because you’d listen to me, then give me real advice, things I’m not always so keen on doing, but it’s always the better thing to do. You actually help me solve my problems, instead of just cheering me up and it’s better, way better. Sometimes in the process we end up arguing, and I’m sorry for being such a hot head, but at the end of the day, you always make me think and gain a better perspective on things. You have no idea, but you do so much more than calm me down. 

And for that, I’m forever grateful. Forever thankful that I have you.
