I'm so mad at OSF. Yes, I know that you have your own life and that you can't reply to emails on the very same day. You have an established online store and you also have a boutique at Haji Lane, is this the kind of customer service that you should provide? You said to refund me the money because the item is OOS, then  you claimed that my bank account number is wrong and after that you didn't reply me anymore.
In the previous email there was an attached snapshot of the transaction receipt, surely you could have checked it for my account number? Besides, I'm positively sure that I gave you the correct account number.
It has been 5 days, even if you couldn't access to your mails (though I'm pretty sure your BB allows you to have internet access with the data plan), surely you could have refunded me while you were outside?
I'm so utterly disappointed in OSF. This is the first time buying something from you and this is the kind of service I get. So no reply no refund, I'll have to do something about it right?
